In the Israeli kindergartens and schools the teachers are singing with their studants: "Great joy, great joy, Spring has arrived. Passover is coming!"
 
I hope this year we will all have a happy holiday, with the whole family, and that the Exodus from Egypt will also be the Exodus of the whole world from the Corona crisis.
 
I made you a festive box with two bottles of Katlav winery. The first is Cabernet Franc, my favorite wine. The other is Boaz, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Shiraz that has been in wooden barrels for 56 months. One of the best wines I have tasted in my life!
 
I also added a Passover Haggadah, bilingual and decorated with Arthur Schick's paintings. These are rare Haggadahs and may not be enough for all packages. I will notify in case it is over.
 
Also in my spring package: Dried lavender flowers from the Golan Heights, to perfume closets or bake with; Great coriander seed oil suitable for special seasoning; Cashews with curry leaves from Hillaf's organic farm; Three bowls for salt water on the Passover table, made by people with disabilities in "Kfar Tikva"; White napkins with gold lettering in Hebrew of "Happy Passover" and a painting of grapes and wine; Leather is a natural and wonderful berry.
 
In addition, all the ingredients (almost, you will need to add your own chocolate ...) to the most delicious charoset you will ever taste. Chope the nuts and dried fruit, add the wine and silan, add the chocolate and it's done!
