I'll introduce you to my favorite merchants and places, we'll buy together
(you will have a shopping list and Ikea bag)
we will then go home and cook up our lunch or dinner together.
Challah baking workshop:Together during the course of the Workshop we will prepare three types of Challah
We will start with the standard challah, like my grandmother used to make.
The second is the classic sweet Challah especially made for Rosh Hashana.
The third is a Challah spiced with herbs and vegetables
We will practice various methods of braiding Challahs,
including special braiding for Rosh Hashana.
If you like - we'll make a choice of dips for Challahs
(like aioli, tapenade, sundried tomato spread, etc.).
For children, together we will prepare chocolate fondue (their favorite, for sure).
During the workshop, I will share funny and unique stories about the Bread and Challahs.
